As above. I did an attack dose first time around and Piracetam worked really well for me. Do I need to do it again though? Thx

If the attack does work for your first time around, then it probably won't hurt to do it again. That said, many people do not believe in the whole concept of starting with higher dosage for Piracetam, so there is no clear answer in my opinion.

I always use an attack dose when starting back up, 15g/day for 5 days then back to 5g/day. Warning though my sister tried this and she got pretty bad headaches, even when supplementing with cdp-choline or alpha-gpc
